From the time of our founding, Alpha Delta Pi has believed in the importance of giving back to our community. A dedication to philanthropy guides our members to spend time in the service of those who need it most. Our international organization’s commitment to Ronald McDonald House Charities has led to the donation of over $15,000,000 over the course of our partnership. More than 350 Ronald McDonald Houses in 64 countries help keep families with seriously ill or injured children together when they need it most by offering them a comfortable, temporary residence in proximity to a medical facility.
In the Eta Xi chapter, we host multiple events to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House Charities, and volunteer at RMHC of the Carolinas. Some of our philanthropy events include ADPi’s “Burgers and Fries” and our annual “Pie a Pi” event. In addition to this, we collect can tabs for RMHC and our chapter is proud to be a part of the Million Tabs Club.

We have also recently adopted a local philanthropy, “Banding Together to Cure Childhood Cancer” in support of Alex’s Lemonade Stand and the Alpha Delta Pi Foundation. In honor of two of our sisters who passed away from childhood cancer, we raised a total of $2,162 in 2o22. We honor the memory of Morgan Rae Megna and Haley Clare Hughes, who will forever be in our hearts.
